what is a permanent gondola system?
A Permanent Gondola System is a planned installation during construction stage and is used primarily for maintenance, window cleaning and inspection in the long term.
The following are some of the Permanent Gondola Systems available:
- Davits Arm System
- Direct Anchor System
DAVITS ARM SYSTEM
Slab Mounted Pipe Sleeve system is used when there is no structural parapet wall
DAVITS ARM SYSTEM
Steel Mounted Pipe Sleeve System is used when the permanent brackets are attached onto structural steel elements instead of reinforced concrete elements.
DAVITS ARM SYSTEM
Hot-dipped galvanised pipe sleeve with cap & weep-hole to RC stump (photo shows before casting)
DAVITS ARM SYSTEM
Hot-dipped galvanised pipe sleeve with cap & weep-hole to RC stump (photo shows after casting)
DROP THROUGH SYSTEM
Can be mounted either through a RC slab or at the soffit of a RC slab in order to access recessed areas below.
COPPER TUBE FOR DROP THROUGH SYSTEM
We sell copper tubes to be used for such Drop Through System.
STAINLESS STEEL TUBE FOR DROP THROUGH SYSTEM
We also sell stainless steel tubes to be used for such Drop Through System.
Safety and Quality assurance
For the installation of our Permanent Gondola System, we use quality bolts approved by Housing Development Board (HDB) and Building Construction Authority (BCA).
Our Project Operations Team will be present on site for the inspection of the pull-out test to ensure compliance of all safety and technical requirements.
